Additionally, our team works proactively to identify and address performance problems before they impact the bottom line.

Our team of trained Site Reliability Engineers, in combination with proprietary workflows and automation, enable us to provide exceptional support value for customers who do not have a dedicated reliability team in-house.

Mission Control also includes access to Application Performance Monitoring (APM) software for customers who have in-house developers working on the supported application - ditch that New Relic bill!

Mission Assurance: Managed Application Security

A vast majority of attacks on cloud applications occur at the application level, meaning that network security alone is not enough to protect your organization.

Mission Assurance is our offering for Managed Application Security. Customers receive 24/7 application security monitoring with guaranteed response times for detected security incidents. Lofty's incident detection and prevention suite includes behavioral monitoring (such as identifying unauthorized remote access or process spawning in your application code), static codebase and dependency analysis to identify vulnerabilities, as well as risk-based code review services.
